釣果情報と、言うより料理情報ですね

久しぶりに、本当に久しぶりに南風丸で釣りに出ました。
下げ潮ぬるみねらいで10時くらいに出ました。
今日は釣れても釣れなくても親父が大好きだった野島沖のポイントと決めての出港でした。
狙いどおり潮がぬるくなった11時ころからアタリがではじめ、最初に食わせたスズキは姿を見ただけで
バラしたものの40センチオーバーのクロダイ3、真鯛1と塩焼きサイズの鯛を4つ上げました。
今日のお泊りは2名さまが3組なのでクロダイ2と真鯛1を〆て持ち帰りました。
久しぶりの釣りなのでブログに釣果をアップしなきゃと思っていたのにコロリと忘れ
姿造りの解剖画像になってしまいました。

鯛はもちろんですが、クロダイも脂がのっているので気持ちいいほどきれいに皮が剥けました。
二名さま一匹では少し量が多すぎますがたっぷり楽しんでもらいたいです。
寝かしを6時間くらいと判断してあわてて帰港しました。
でもこれだけ脂ののりがいいならもう少し寝かしは短くてもよかったかも。
