篠島のふぐ

気が付けば9月も下旬、もうすぐふぐ料理がメニューに加わる10月です。
今日はふぐはえ縄漁の試験操業でした。

3キロほどの大型も見られました。
キロサイズオーバーは尾の方まで肉付きがよく10月からの提供が楽しみです。

篠島でふぐをお楽しみ下さい。

    ここへ来て包丁の材料は百花繚乱ですね。
    どれも一長一短、自分はどちらかと言えば多少研ぎに手がかかっても
    しゃきっとした硬度の高い包丁が好きです。
