収穫

裏山に三本のスダチを植えてから4年目です。
今年は初めての豊作です。
一昨年も昨年も20個くらいであったと思います。

収穫したのは一本の半分ほどで、部屋での陰干しに畳一畳を占拠されました。

猛暑に堪え、台風にも負けなかった実です。
いくつか搾って蜂蜜を加え作ったジュースはめちゃ旨です。
ちょっと意識して収穫を遅らせたので、たぶん酸味は優しいでしょう。
ふぐコースはもちろん、他の料理にも積極的に使います。

自家製堆肥の施肥だけで下草刈や剪定もいい加減でしたが
今年はもっと詳しく勉強し、丁寧に育てようと思います。
