気になるお宿
写真工房スマイルさんからのお便りで素敵なお宿を教えていただき、さっそくサイトを開いてみました。
長野県南部に位置するペット連れ専用のお宿大鹿村の民宿かわらしまさんです。
HPは、モノクロ基調でトップを見た瞬間からお部屋は？お料理は？と次を開きたくなるサイトです。
お宿のくくりとしては民宿になっています。
「民宿」というのははっきり言って難しいのです。
民宿というだけで選択肢から外すお客さまもかなりおられます。
これは事実だからどうしようもない。自分のポジションから離れずに背伸びせず出来る限りのおもてなしを心がけるしかない。
かわらしまさんは、お値打ちな料金設定でありながら、お客さまが時にいだくかもしれない民宿への
ある種の不安をまったく感じさせないお宿です。
オーナー夫妻のセンスがいいんでしょうね。
民宿を営む同業者としても、魅力的な宿です。
やれ○○特典だ、やれ○○限定サービスだととか、そんなコピーはどこにもない。
静かに淡々と控えめに、施設やお料理を語っていますが、行間にオーナーの熱い想いとお客さまへの心配りがあふれています。
料理のページでは、ありきたりの料理画像ではなく季節の食材や生産者をきちっと紹介している、
とても大切な事ですね。
テレビもインターネット環境も無く、携帯も圏外と書いておられます。
こんな宿で一週間くらい過ごせたら南信の澄んだ空気と、すてきな料理で身も心も浄化されるでしょう。
海にかこまれた篠島の住民としては、ぜひ行ってみたい宿です。
